Philipp Fleischhauer has played golf ever since he was 8 years old, and has had a single-digit handicap for more than 20 years. In 1990 he was a member of the club team of GC Schmitzhof when they were promoted to the 2nd national division. Philipp started working as a freelancer at Städler Golf Courses in 1997 while still a student, and has been a permanent member of the team since 2004.

After his study of landscape ecology he is now engaged in all aspects of golf course design. Outside work, the young father has a passion for sports covering not only golf, but also jogging and football.

Just some of the projects he has had a big hand in are: GC Osnabrück-Dütetal, GC Ostfriesland, GC Jersbek, GC Morsum on Sylt, Bochumer GC, GC Hannover and Golf am Donner Kleve.
