Cochem holiday and golf resort is an attractive destination with a 27-hole golf course and holiday facilities including 270 villas, a clubhouse, spa, restaurants, conference rooms and leisure activities for every taste on an site covering more than 115 hectares.
The play areas of the golf course nestle harmoniously in the hilly landscape after only moderate earth movement. The aim here was to avoid clashes with the natural surroundings, but instead to enhance it with orchard meadows, wooded fields, stretches of dry grass and rocky biotopes typical for the area.
"Exciting golf for players of all abilities is on offer at the golf resort course that opened in 2006. On an area of almost 90 hectares, golf course architect Christoph Städler designed the fantastic championship course (Mosel Course) as well as the adjacent 9-hole short course(Eifel Course) and the spacious driving range with more than 60 tees and floodlighting."
