The club in Rheine perfectly demonstrates the alternative of a turnkey golf course construction project. The investor benefited by paying a fixed price for a golf course that meets all expectations and conditions for optimal, lasting quality.
On more than 80 hectares of countryside near Munster, a private 18-hole course and a public 9-holer were created. While there’s a geographical divide between the two courses and practice ranges, both come with almost the same type of design and construction standards.
