On an approx. 90 ha large industrial site in the city of Bytom, the developer intends to establish a golf course with integrated residential areas.
Referring to the proposed location of the clubhouse in the centre of the project site overlooking a beautiful lake, it has to be the design target to create a well-balanced golfcourse with two attractive 9-hole loops and with a comprehensive range of practice facilities.

Malowniczym zakątkiem jest zachwycony również Christoph Städler, właściciel i szef Städler Golf Courses, jednego z czołowych europejskich biur projektowych, który razem z Golim oglądał teren. - Fantastyczna przyroda, a obok imponująca wieża szybu, pole będzie przepięknie położone. Hałdy nie są dużym problemem, trzeba będzie tylko zebrać górną warstwę gleby i nawieźć, żeby trawa wyrosła - mówi Städler, którego firma zaprojektuje ostateczny kształt 18-dołkowego bytomskiego pola.
