The project “Plateau 27. Leben am Grün” (Living next to the green) is currently under way in the beautiful landscape between the towns of Tawern and Temmels. The 200-hectare site will be developed to feature around 260 detached homes and additional apartments as well as a 27-hole golf course complete with a clubhouse, plus a hotel with up to 180 beds, a restaurant, gym and conference rooms.
What’s so special about this project is that all the functions – living, working and leisure – are grounded in nature. Here, you can live next to the green, work on the green, or spend your free time on the green. This unusual approach of putting nature at the heart of living, working and leisure makes the project a model for the future and unique in the region.
