Golfclub Fulda-Rhön

alt

The Board of the Fulda-Rhön Golf Club was aware of the weaknesses of the 40-year-old golf course in 2015, which in many respects is no longer sufficient to meet today's requirements of the golf market. He wanted an external expert to investigate these deficits within the framework of a strength-weakness analysis and to make suggestions for the elimination of the deficiencies, both fundamental and individual. Our concept should show in the form of a masterplan the transformation of the golf course while preserving its strengths and elimination of its weaknesses.

Our correspondingly developed place development concept gives the club a guide for the medium term transformation and development of the golf course. The concept begins with a strength-weakness analysis of the golf course, in which the various functional structures are examined first. This is followed by the path-wise analysis, including proposals for improvement measures.

As a first measure, the putting green was redesigned at the end of 2016 and further measures are already being planned.
